Melissa grew up in the Camden-Rockport area on the coast of Maine and moved to Portland in 1992. She and Brian married in 1997 and they have two children, Gabby and Jackson.

Melissa has been an Associate Broker in the local market for 25 plus years. As part of The Linscott Team, Melissa's role is that of a Buyer's Agent, Marketing Specialist and general office manager.

Melissa served a three year term as a South Portland City Councilor and also oversees operation of J&G Properties Northeast, which is a residential redevelopment company that purchases, renovates and flips home in the area. She has successfully completed 15 projects in the past few years.
