Brian Linscott has earned his Accredited Buyer Representative designation. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation and is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors®. This level of industry education is just one more thing that shows our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Brian also holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. The SRES® is the only designation and marketing program specifically designed to serve seniors. The SRES® designee demonstrates knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing or selling and purchasing a home.

What We Do For Our Buyer Clients
As a buyer you need someone working for you who is aggressive, proactive, creative and on top of our real estate market. You need an agent who checks the multiple listing service several times daily, who reviews the newspapers daily for new listings, and who is willing to go the extra mile in order to find your new home.
Because things move so quickly in this market, it is important that we actively search for homes for our buyers. We want our buyers to be the first to see properties as they come out. Here are some of the things we do to find our buyers that perfect homeż
- We review the Statewide Multiple Listing Service' but to the extreme (we search the listing service 3 to 4 times a day)!
- We review the newspapers each morning for For Sale By Owner properties that match our buyer's needs.
- We also search the newspapers for properties listed by real estate agents that have come out in the newspaper before being listed in the multiple listing service (this happens frequently).
- We have sent out mailings to homes not currently listed for sale in a particular area our buyer is interested in, looking for a homeowner who is ready to sell.
- We often include our buyers along with their search criteria in our monthly newsletter called 'Brian's Newsletter'. This is mailed to 4000+ homes.
We are also very active presenting Marketing & Pricing Proposals for potential sellers. Last year we presented 75 analyses to area homeowners who were looking to sell at some point in the future. As these sellers list their properties, our buyers will be the first to hear about them.

Finding you the right home is only part of our job though. We are also here to walk you through the entire buying process; from finding the perfect financing to meet your needs, to dealing with building inspections and appraisals. But most importantly, we have experience and a thorough knowledge of the local market and can help position you as the best buyer you can be in the eyes of a seller, and we have the negotiating skills to get you the best deal!
