Brian and Melissa Linscott
Brian and his wife, Melissa opened Linscott Real Estate in November of 2001. For the previous 4 years, they were part of a large nation franchise company and Brian consistently placed in the top 4% of their 73,000 associates worldwide.
Brian in a licensed Broker. Brian works generally on the "front lines", meeting with clients and doing the listing and selling. Melissa works primarily from the home office and focuses on systems, advertising and marketing. They have combined their individual strengths and formed a great team! They are both Maine natives and live in South Portland with their 7-year-old daughter, Gabrielle, and 5-year-old son, Jackson.
Family and community are very important to Brian and Melissa. Brian serves as a member of the South Portland Board of Assessment and Review, and the committee for Dollars For Scholars. Among other things, Melissa and Brian give away free Sea Dog tickets as a "thank you", support many local non-profit organizations using their 15 passenger "Brian's Community Van", and Santa visits their office each year to collect wish lists and take free pictures with area families.
