What is an effective referral? We have always believed in establishing strong professional relationships and working closely with such professionals as mortgage officers, home inspectors, title attorneys, and others who are a part of the home buying process. Now we have extended that group of Partners to include all aspects of life; Plumber, Electrician, Hair Salon, Jeweler, Mechanic and Much More! But…what is an effective referral? Rather than just give you the names and numbers of the contractors and business professionals we work with, we want to hear from you! Let us know what you’re looking for and we will contact one of our Preferred Partners on your behalf. We’ll let them know what you are looking for, and that you are one of our personal contacts. Then, they will call you directly and we will follow up to be sure that you received the service you expected and deserved. When you have a friend or family member in need of real estate assistance, we’d like you to do the same thing. Call us with their information and we will contact them directly. And once again, we will follow up with you so you can rest assured they are receiving quality service. Our Preferred partners are people we know well and they have proven themselves to us over time and we stand behind their service.
