Groundhog Day Shadow
On February 2nd, York Middle School held it's annual Groundhog Shadow Day and 21 sixth grade students joined us in our office. They learned about Brian's background growing up and how we got into real estate. They learned a little bit about our daily schedules and even visited a home currently on the market and performed some of the steps in completing a simple market analysis. They also learned a little bit about marketing and created their own sales flyers for the home they visited.
Hopefully the message they took back with them was that you can accomplish anything if you set goals, work hard and keep yourself healthy!
We had a great pizza party before they headed back to school and we really enjoyed the time we spent with the whole gang! Thanks for joining us!
